Delivery times

We take about 2-7 business days to create our t-shirts, etc. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on the destination.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less

The delivery times are the following:

Europe:

  • EXPRESS: 1-3 business days
  • STANDARD: 3-5 business days
  • ECONOMY: 5-10 business days
  • NO RUSH: 10-20 business days

USA:

  • OVERNIGHT: 1 business day
  • EXPRESS: 1-3 business days
  • STANDARD: 3-5 business days
  • ECONOMY: 5-8 business days

Rest of the world:

  • EXPRESS: 1-3 business days
  • STANDARD: 3-5 business days
  • ECONOMY: 5-10 business days
  • NO RUSH: 10-20 business days

The orders are prepared when the payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 10.30 to 19.30.

The orders made outside these times will be prepared the following working day. There will be no shipping on Saturday, Sunday or Festive days.

Shipping costs

The following cost of each shipping are an estimation, they will be automatically calculated and detailed at the moment of confirming your order, just before confirming the payment, and it will depend mainly on the destination.

The applicable fees are:

Europe:

  • Economy (5-10 business days after fulfillment):€4,84
  • Flat Rate (10-20 business days after fulfillment): €5,06
  • Standard (3-5 business days after fulfillment):€17,02

U.S.A:

  • No rush (10-20 business days after fulfillment): $3,44
  • Flat Rate (10-20 business days after fulfillment): $5,00
  • Standard (3-5 business days after fulfillment):$28,31

KULDROP is not responsible for any delays derived from any internal problems that the shipping company could have, nor any national or local festivities or strikes.

Exchanges and returns

To proceed to the devolution of an article acquired on KULDROP online shop (www.kuldrop.com), you must do the following:

  1. Request a return by mail to info@kuldrop.com within 7 working days following the reception of the product, describing the reason of the devolution.
  2. The articles must be returned:
    a) In its original condition, together with any accessory that came with the same, not being able to be used or damaged.
    b) With its original labels.
    c) In its original and complete packaging.
  3. Please send the article to the following address:

(*)Important Notice: Until we receive the article returned in our warehouse this will be under your responsibility. We recommend to send the article by courier or certified post and to keep the receipt.

Do I have to pay for the return?

To return an article bought from KULDROP (www.kuldrop.com) you only have to contact with the courier company or the Post Office and send us the article to the address stated above.
The postal costs will be payable by the client who wishes to return the article. If the article is damaged, KULDROP will assume the total cost of the postage for its exchange and/or return.

We take pictures from each and every one of the orders that we send in order to ensure that they have been correctly processed and to be able to check in case any trouble or confusion arises.

How will I receive the amount of the return?

Once the return has been done, you will receive the amount through the same paying method you used.

When will I receive the amount of the return?

When we check that the articles are in perfect condition and with the adequate labels, you will receive an email confirming the amount that will be returned to your account.

Why could my debit/credit card be declined?

Your debit/credit card could be declined for one of the following reasons:

Your card can be expired. Please check that your card does not exceed the expiry date.

Your card could have reached the set limit. Please check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the limit to proceed with the purchase.

One of the details could have been introduced incorrectly. Please check that you have fill in the details correctly in all the requested fields.
You might not have activated the option of purchasing on the Internet.

Can I get an invoice on the name of my company?

If you need a bill on the name of your company, please send us an email to info@kuldrop.com with your VAT registration number, company name, address and telephone. It is convenient to request the invoice when you place your order.

Can I request tax-free?

Sorry, it is not possible given that Tax Free is only applicable to products bought in a physical shop and therefore are transported/shipped by the same buyer.
