The purchases carried out through our website are subjected to the payment of taxes, according to the provisions of the current legislation.

Regulations applicable

The present terms and conditions are subjected to the provisions of the following current legislations:

  • Act of 7/1998, April 13, on Hiring and Procurement General Conditions.
  • Act for the Defence of Consumers and Users of 26/1984, July 19.
  • Real Decree 1906/1999, December 17, by which the phone line and electronic hiring is regulated.

Regulations applicable

All the prices indicated in our website include the current taxes, except for typing errors. We reserve the right to change the prices in the web without prior notice. The additional expenses and custom fees, if any, will be paid by the client and will be paid upon receipt. Any other order confirmation (received by email or printed from the website) will be legally valid as a proof of purchase, not as an invoice. If you wish to receive an invoice, please send us an email requesting it at info@kuldrop.com

Returns

Returns, regulated by the Act 7/1996 for the Regulation of Retail Trade, must be requested within 7 days from the date of reception to the address of our registered office stated above.

Legal notice

The use of electronic payment systems with credit card constitutes a criminal offence provided in the article 248 of the Penal Code – and punished with sentences to up to 6 years of prison – when one or more of the following circumstances occur:

The user facilitates fake details for the purchaser or card that has been used. Using the details of a different person from the buyer.
Facilitating card numbers that do not coincide with the buyer.

Assuming the condition/identity of another cardholder.
Using card numbers generated with computer programs or similar algorithms.

KULDROP reserves the right to deny the delivery of an order when the identification internal systems alert from the possibility of irregularities in the transaction.

Personal data protection

The user is informed that all the personal data gathered from the different forms in this website will become part of an automated file, responsibility of KULDROP
The user will have the right to access, amend, cancel or oppose to his/her personal details, through written notification to our postal address or by email to info@kuldrop.com, according to the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999 of Personal Data Protection.
All the texts, graphics, logotypes, images and videos within this website (www.kuldrop.com) are intellectual property owned by KULDROP and are protected with the same regulations for Intellectual Property, Industrial Property and the general dispositions regulated by the Right of Intellectual Property provided in the current Penal Code (Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5)
Anyone who seeks profit and in prejudice of KULDROP by reproducing, distributing or publicly communicating totally or partially any of the images or videos owned by KULDROP, without prior consent of this company, will be incurring in the offence of Infringement of the Fundamental Right and on the Personal Intimacy or Personal Image Protection Rights (Act 23/2006 of July 7) of ALL AND EVERY ONE OF OUR MODELS who have ceded such rights EXCLUSIVELY to KULDROP.

Kuldrop reserves the right to take legal actions without prior notice.
